- How do I search for products?
- Our products are categorized by type/use. Select the category in the dropdown bar under the Catalog section. Once you select the category you are interested in, you can sort the products alphabetically or by price and date.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! We offer international shipping for most of our products.
- How do you ship packages?
- Packages shipped from warehouses to locations outside the United States are shipped via China Post.
- Products that are shipped from US warehouses are shipped via US Postal Services, UPS or FedEx.
- How long does shipping take?
- Shipping time varies by location. Packages shipped from China to the US or Canada will take 2-4 weeks.
- Packages shipped from US warehouses to other US locations will take 7-10 business days.
- Shipping time to countries other than the United States will vary by location and may take 2-4 weeks.
- What is your refund/return/exchange policy?
- We have a no questions asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at support@sunsagecreations.com within 15 days of receiving the product and we will issue a refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the product.
